PDMS stamp preparation

• Weight 15 g A and 1.5 g B (10:1)
• Mix thoroughly for at least 15 minute
• Vacuum degas until all gas bubbles have gone. (25 mmHg for more than 20 minute)
• Template covered by dimethyldichlorosilane SAM
• Pour onto template
• Cure in oven at 100 C (knob reading at ~ 5.1) for 1 hour
• Peal off
